Josh was raised by his Mum on a council estate in Lincolnshire. At age 9, due to some unfortunate events, they moved to Broadstairs/Margate in Kent.

Excelling in Art growing up, he went on to study at the former Kent Institute of Art and Design in Canterbury. Now University for the Creative Arts

While there, aged 18/19. He was scouted by Select Model Management.

At one of his first-ever photo shoots in Majorca, waiting for a fax to tell him if he was going home or to Milan when he got to the airport. Fortunately, it was Milan. And to work with the late Alexander McQueen, Calvin Klein, and Fendi.

Having never even been abroad until he was 16, this out-of-the-blue switch to life seemed the right thing to pursue. And so, putting the Art route on ice for a bit.

Along a 15-year career in the fashion industry, he has had the opportunity to feature in dozens of magazines, including GQ, Esquire, various editions of Vogue and has worked with brands such as Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, Roberto Cavalli and more.

Alongside this, Josh always had a passion for music and started DJ’ing in his mate’s pub from the age of 15. 

In a very random turn of events, Josh won the TV Gameshow Total Wipeout and spent all £10,000 of the winnings on recording studio equipment.

Since then, his unique style has led to regular exposure on BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra and KISS, plus an enviable position of #11 on the Shazam Dance Chart.

His most revered track to date was premiered by Pete Tong on Radio 1 and made Mistajam’s ‘Future Anthem’ for 4 consecutive weeks in a row, and became the most ID’d track of the year on the esteemed ‘Identification of Music’ Facebook page.

His music has received some great support from industry heavyweights such as Jamie Jones, Calvin Harris, Sam Divine, David Guetta, and Roger Sanchez, to name a few.

He has also had the pleasure of signing tracks to Ministry of Sound, DVine Sounds, Jackies, Edible, Good Company, CR2 Records and Another Rhythm, among others. Amassing over 20 million Streams and counting.

Things don’t seem to be slowing down any time soon...On top of some impressive releases, Josh regularly plays live both in the UK and internationally, with recent highlights including playing an Open till Close set at Hï Ibiza, 3 sets for his Glastonbury debut, Miami Music Week and Isle of Wight Festival. Alongside guest mixes on Radio 1, Kiss FM and Edible Beats.

Josh’s talent for reading the room and being able to switch through genres has also brought in brand and corporate gigs for the likes of Ferrari, Versace, PlayStation, Netflix and Amazon.

Josh also dipped his toe into broadcasting, where he had a radio show for 8 years on Select Radio.

Over the years though, Art has always remained a consistent passion, filling the house with his artwork and occasionally letting a few pieces go to private buyers.

This year, while awaiting the birth of his first child. He has leaned back into the Art a lot more. Already exhibiting pieces twice this year, one of which was an Art show at the infamous London club, Fabric.

He has just finished a 10-piece collection of work. And to his delight, sold 5 originals at his first ever art fair, at Wimbldeon Art Studios (where he now has his art studio). 

All of his pieces are heavily influenced by nature and music. His style also mirrors his DJ sets and Music. In the way that he always wants it to uplift you in some way. It’s all about feel-good energy.
